How does the 1% fee compare to Flippa and other marketplaces?

On a $10,000 website sale, our fee is $100. Flippa typically charges $49–$599 upfront for a listing package plus 10% ($1,000) on success — totalling $1,049–$1,599, with the upfront portion non-refundable if your listing doesn't close.
